Just time for one final update on the search for a new motoring correspondent for Bankstone News, and the competition is certainly hotting up. Much more hotting and things could soon become overheated!

The hottest of hot favourites so far is Christopher Belgian (see last week’s candidate run-down), but there’s lively interest also in Stevie Cockerel and Carol Voldemort. But all that could still change as we introduce the third and final set of rival claimants for the prestigious (though potentially perilous) position of Bankstone News Motoring Correspondent in Chief.

So without further adour, our late runners include:

Candidate 7: Brad Radman
Currently one of the hottest names on the European and International hover-luging scene (See: more heat! How much hotness can one motoring correspondent selection process take?!!??!), Keighley born Bradley is hotly (!) tipped to succeed in this challenging and frankly very expensive sport, for which he has trained extensively in both California and at Spain’s famous Puta Madre circuit, and is well respected in his hometown as the son of prominent Keighley area philanthropist Kenton Radman of Radman Properties, Radman Financial, and Wheelers Performance Motors.

Candidate 8: Mohammed Khanafani
Go-getting Mo K runs the highly successful MK Motor Repairs and MK Claims businesses in Bradford and is certainly no stranger to fast cars, fast women and fast living in general. Mo says he’s looking forward to sharing his reviews of many of the latest sports vehicles (to which he says enjoys has ready access through his various business interests) with Bankstone News’ many readers – particularly anyone who has recently had, or who thinks they might soon be having, an accident that was not their fault.

Candidate 9: Denise Moles
Formerly an emerging talent on the local ladies bowls circuit before a freak weaving accident put paid to her promising career in the sport, Denise went on to set up the Rastrick Players (directing and playing leading roles in all of its highly regarded productions). Denise is also an appointed circle mistress for the Donny Orgone Women of Power network. You may also have seen her very attractive hand embroidered “prayer nets” displayed at local craft fairs.

Any of these new contenders tickle your fancy? Then hurry up and get your votes in!

The winner will be announced next week, or the one after, or whenever a decision has been taken, basically.
