Bankstone is sponsoring the programme for the African Revival Charity Ball at London’s Guild Hall on 21 September. This year’s event has a Swinging Sixties theme ‚ reflected in Bankstone’s advertisement in the programme (see accompanying illustration). Bankstone Director Andy Jones, who spent much of his childhood cantering naked around the dark continent, comments: “African Revival is a UK based charity that transforms people’s lives by supporting self-sustaining local projects. It aims to make a positive and sustainable difference by helping ordinary Africans to help themselves.
