Bankstone’s Legal Manager Jon Shaw is standing as a candidate in the Calderdale Metropolitan Council elections on 1 May. No doubt the good people of Ilingworth and Mixenden will recognise an outstanding political talent for the future when they see one. Jon’s election manifesto claims he is “no stranger to hard work” and we can vouch for that at least! Here’s wishing him all the best when the votes are cast on Thursday.
