More than 100 mobile phones have so far been donated to Bankstone’s Monkey Monopoly charity initiative in support of Yorkshire Air Ambulance. Each old phone donated in specially printed Monkey Monopoly FreePost envelopes is worth an average £6 to the charity. Thanks to mobile phone and other donations (made by texting MONKEY to 84010 or via the www.justgiving.com/monkeymonopoly web page) the initiative is already one quarter of the way to reaching its target before even setting off.
