24/7 Call Centre Facility - A real person at the other end of the line
Keeping your customers happy is a key objective for us. So we go out of our way to make sure your clients can always speak to someone who will take the first steps to resolving whatever issue they face. Our normal working hours are from 8am to 8pm Monday to Thursday, 8pm to 6pm on Fridays and 9am to 4pm on Saturdays. We are also shortly due to introduce Sunday opening.
Outside these hours all incoming calls are answered via a dedicated remote call handling service. This means that 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, callers get through to someone who will understand the nature of their call and who is able to take down key details, generate a call log, and arrange for a call back at the earliest possible convenient time.
