Thanks to Bankstone’s advanced IT systems, reporting and management information is readily available to our brokers in the format they prefer. Realising every broker has differing requirements these are discussed during the implementation stage to ensure the content and format are agreed and can include online access to almost any part of the service we provide. Examples include call handling data, income generating claims, conversion rates and the performance of individual insurer accounts giving the broker the tools they need to run their business more effectively.
