When a new claim is reported, we capture all relevant data during the initial telephone conversation. We then distribute this according to your specific requirements by fax, email, or direct data transfer. In the case of non-fault accident claims, we transmit data to additional recipients to enable recovery of uninsured losses sustained as a direct result of the accident.
