Further to a story originally reported by Fleet News, Post Magazine and others in November last year, Helphire Group yesterday officially confirmed it had accepted the resignation of former Chief Executive Mark Jackson as a director of the company effective 1 January 2009. He was replaced as CEO by Mark Adams on 13 November 2008.
