Fletchers Solicitors (aka BikeLegal) one of four companies taking part in Bankstone’s Monkey Monopoly charity epic (see previous news stories) have kitted their machine out in the colours of the British Super Bikes team they sponsor. Senior Partner Rob Fletcher is pictured astride a suspiciously souped-up looking monkey bike outside the firm’s Southport head office. Monkey Monopoly may not be a competitive event‚ the objective is simply to get round all 35 sites on the Yorkshire Monopoly Board within a single day to raise funds for Yorkshire Air Ambulance, but Fletchers are taking no chances with their equipment. Since our photo was taken the bike has been whisked off back to the workshop for further work. “It’s been thoroughly pimped,” confides Marketing Manager Richard Neve, another of the firm’s four-strong team of riders alongside Rob. “By the time we’ve finished with it, everyone is going to want one of these!”
