Bankstone is one of the UK’s leading specialist insurance claims management companies. Our business partners include insurance brokers, insurers & other third party claims providers.

The Role

Developing a network of insurance broker business partners across the UK, you will need a strong understanding of personal lines insurance and ideally have experience in dealing with brokers & intermediaries. You will be part of our senior management team, working closely with the Operations Manager & reporting directly to the Board.

The role will be diverse in nature managing existing business partner relationships whilst actively driving the company’s marketing & business development strategy. You will be involved in developing new partner propositions as well as evolving what we offer existing business relationships to further optimise growth.

Experience / Skills Required

  • A desire for high earnings, variety & challenge
  • A track record of success developing commercial relationships in order to build sustainable, long-term, profitable business partnerships
  • A demonstrated range of marketing and selling skills and techniques to retain and generate new business
  • A sophisticated range of selling skills and experience of related tools and techniques
  • Excellent prospecting, negotiations, communications, and relationship building abilities
  • Flexible in approach to work & travel
  • Self driven by the desire for success
