Brit Insurance has confirmed that its planned re-location to the Netherlands will be complete by Christmas. Subject to final shareholder approval, Brit’s UK-listed shares will cease trading at the close of play on 18 December 2009 and NL shares will start trading on 21 December. After that date the company will officially be known as Ex-Pat.
