Marshall Leasing selects Bankstone Advantage Ltd

Leading leasing firm Marshall Leasing has taken on Bankstone Advantage Ltd to provide a full range of claims and accident management services.
“We were looking to reassign our accident management partner,” comments Marshall Leasing Sales & Marketing Director Jonathan Ross. “My co-director Chris Lavender and I went on something of a ‘road tour’. Without naming names, the choice seemed very limited.
“Yes, there were a couple of big, well turned-out operations who boasted a number of our industry’s big names among their clients. Then there were others who just seemed under-resourced. Two extremes – but in general we did not believe our customers would get the consistent level of in-depth attention we were looking for.
“Chris and I wanted a partner who would mirror our own values: high attention to detail, a can-do approach, and a genuine sense of the personal.
