We provide a complete range of claims and accident management services from first call through to claim settlement and repair management, always delivered with a focus on the needs of the client and if required reflecting our clients brand.
Our business was founded with the specific aim of satisfying clients who demand a high standard of service combined with a core focus on cost control and managing vehicle utilisation, something which all too often is lacking in the market.
Founding Directors, Nick Williams and Phil Webb have nearly 40 years’ motor claims and accident management experience between them and previously worked together with a number of high profile accident & claims management companies focusing on the fleet and Insurance sectors. Bankstone Advantage has an extensive insight into the complexity of the market and how to make positive change. Their philosophy is to take time to listen to and understand what clients and suppliers need from their accident or claims management partner, this enables Bankstone Advantage to deliver a flexible, proactive and responsive service focusing on positive customer experience and unique cost control methods
