Business Development Manager
Location - UK/Flexible

Bankstone is one of the UK’s leading specialist insurance claims management companies. Our business partners include insurance brokers, insurers & other third party claims providers.
Developing a network of insurance broker business partners across the UK, you will need a strong understanding of personal lines insurance and ideally have experience in dealing with brokers & intermediaries. You will be part of our senior management team, working closely with the Operations Manager & reporting directly to the Board.
The role will be diverse in nature managing existing business partner relationships whilst actively driving the company’s marketing & business development strategy. You will be involved in developing new partner propositions as well as evolving what we offer existing business relationships to further optimise growth.

Experience / Skills Required

Telesales Executive - Brighouse - Yorkshire
As an ever expanding company you will be working within the Telesales department to sell the products and services we have to offer.
As part of the outbound Telesales Team you will be responsible for outbound sales calls to supplied warm leads. All of these leads have experienced our products or services. You will be working from an internet based contact management system where all information is stored and orders can be processed online.
You will be very resilient, confident, hard working and have a great sense of humour. Ideally we’re looking for people with a solid background in outbound telesales; however we also are looking for anyone with drive and ambition as full training will be given. This is not a role for the faint hearted and you will have the desire to make call after call.
You will be working in a fun, fast paced environment and no day will ever be the same. There are monthly bonuses and weekly incentives and full on-going training and development will be part of our commitment to you.
Salary £15 – 25k OTE dependant on experience
