Bankstone has grown rapidly since we began trading in November 2004. We are now widely recognised as a leading specialist provider of complete insurance claims management solutions to brokers, insurance companies and other claims management companies. We can also offer practical advice and assistance to people making a car or bike claim – and our unique Bankstone Warranty product – offered through selected motorcycle dealers – offers security and peace of mind to a growing number of bike owners.
Our founder directors Dickon Tysoe and Andrew Jones are both experienced insurance claims specialists. Their original motivation for setting up Bankstone was a strongly held shared belief that there is a better way of handling motorcycle claims. The company they founded combines the best of current claims management practice with innovative new approaches, using bespoke state of the art claims management technology to deliver an unbeatable service.
Early in our second year of operations Bankstone was a finalist in the Start Up of the Year category at the Insurance Times Awards. More and more brokers and insurers are buying in to our vision of a better way of managing claims, and we now offer a highly efficient and professional claims service, not just for motorcycles, but for cars, commercial vehicles, home, travel and pet insurance – as well as a wide range of associated services.
